Direction Sprint in IrelandFind out what actually needs doing.
Sometimes it is obvious that something needs fixing but not obvious what. Two or three weeks of interviews, a review of what you have and one working session, written up as a brief. You can build from it with us, put it out to tender, or park it. The fee comes off the project if you go ahead.
- How long
- Two to three weeks

When this is the right piece of work.
This usually fits when
- Something is clearly wrong but there is no agreement on what.
- You need a written brief before budget can be approved.
- Several internal priorities are competing for the same project.
Probably not the right fit if
- A workshop used to postpone a decision already made.
- Speculative creative work before anyone understands the business.

The things people ask before they call.
What do we get at the end?
A written brief covering what has changed in the business, the realistic options, a recommendation with reasoning, and indicative costs for each. It is yours to use with me, to tender, or to keep for later.
How much is it?
A fixed fee, agreed before the work starts. It is a small fraction of a full project cost and it comes off the price if you go ahead with me.
Is this just a sales pitch?
No. The brief occasionally concludes that nothing should be done yet, or that the problem is not the website at all. That is a legitimate outcome and I would rather reach it early.
How long does it take?
Two to three weeks: interviews, a review of your current website and brand, one working session, then the written brief.
Not sure this is the right service?
Describe the situation and I will tell you whether this is the right piece of work, whether something smaller would do, or whether it is too early.
